12-week paid research fellowship (extendable to 6 months) at DoorDash, San Francisco. Pay is $8,500–$16,000/month plus housing and relocation stipends. Fellows are independent researchers: pick a problem within priority areas (RL for real-world operations, agentic systems, multimodal understanding, evaluation methodology), own the direction, and publish or ship the outcome. Includes dedicated GPU compute, full DoorDash research infrastructure, speaker series with leading researchers, and a peer cohort. Rolling intake for Summer and Fall 2026.
